On Saturday morning I was invited to go on a scouting run for an upcoming snow run. Since the trailhead was an hour away and my trail Jeep (the YJ) isn't safety inspected yet I decided to trailer it.

What was supposed to be a simple drive down a familiar dirt road towing my YJ behind me wound up being a snow run  It seems they don't plow this road during the wintertime.

Surprisingly I was doing pretty good on the unplowed road following another truck's path pulling 5,000 lbs of trailer behind me...until it came time to turn around. I had to unload the YJ off of the trailer, find a wide spot on the road and turn about the Libby & the trailer, drive back to the plowed section of road and load the YJ back up.
whew, I sure got my weekly exercise that day...never did make it to the real snow run.
maybe next weekend...
