Have you ever driven through a blizzard and have some a-hole in a 4WD pass you  and wonder WTF, is he crazy
Last Thursday that was me

Typically I drive an 07 Caravan but when I expect bad weather I take the Liberty. I mean really, why take a FWD minivan when you have a capable "Trail Rated" Jeep in your yard.

Last Thursday I drove to NS from northern NB to do some work in New Glasgow, NS. I was expecting bad weather and wasn't disappointed. It snowed heavy from Richibucto to Masstown and from Truro to New Glasgow.

The Route 132 through Scoudouc was the scariest because snow was drifting across the road and people weren't slowing down. Surprisingly everybody else was driving slower more carefully and I only saw one car off the road near the end of my trip.

The whole trip took me about five and a half hours from Bathurst, about half an hour longer than my return trip home.

Yes and usually I wave at them when I pass them in the ditch ;)

Actually a few years back (before I had the Liberty) I was driving to the cottage on snow-covered roads, and some jackass in a Camaro decides I'm not going fast enough so he passes me.

Sure enough, a mile or two down the road, there he was in the ditch, pointing the other way.

Of course I stopped to make sure they were OK, and probably made a smart-ass comment of some sort ;)

I see it all the time , this past christmas I drove to Ontairo to see family & hit snow In Freddy all the way to North Bay . It seemed about every hour there was someone who just had to get by and more often than not I saw them a while later in the ditch!! makes you shake your head !
