i was driving northbound on 91, through stow, and saw a lighter blue 02-04 libby, lifted, roof rails, BFG AT's, around the kent road area, waved to each other, nice libby!

I keep seeing a Blue one around too. I saw one in Kent a few times last year and then I've seen another or maybe the same one around Chagrin too. I have no idea who it is!
