Well, still on my first full tank of gas since putting on the Duratracs. I'm a little past the 235 mile mark which was the limit until now. I still have a quarter tank left :BANANA: Can't wait to see what my new mileage is, it was about 12-13 mpg.

Over 16 mpg. The best it EVER got was 16 mpg and that's when it was new and it only happened once. Soon I'll get a Hypertech programmer, it should do even better then. :JEEPIN:

That seem like poop not. I never saw under 16 in my liberty and never under 18 in my nitro

I'm not sure what poop not is, but as far as the mileage goes, it is what it is. My Liberty gets pretty bad mileage. It always has.

Yea but the 2008 nitro I also had consistently got better than 18. Granted it was all stock on straight treads, other than the lack of low range shouldn't be much difference that would cause 4 mpg differance???

I don't know, it's a mystery to me. Others seem to get better mileage from their KKs. Is it possible to calibrate the speedometer and not the odometer?

I've got both KJ and KK and the KJ is way better mileage than the KK

Doing great then Ted !

Just installed new radiator, water pump, thermostat and housing, serp belt, tensioner, flushed cooling system
The anti freeze in there came out looking brand spanking new almost
I have a bill from where it just says check cooling system from 6 months before I bought it but only half of its there. So they must of had the system flushed not long before I bought it

I had a few issues too. Both front axles, wheel bearings and the lower ball joints prematurely failed. Thought I had an oil leak but it turned out to be a transmission line. The fluid was extremely burnt so I had to service the transmission too. The thing runs better that I remember it ever running. That fluid must've been bad for a long time. I think I'll start doing the tyranny fluid on a regular basis. It was nice to wrench on it but doing it because it's needed isn't near as much fun as when something is added, like a bumper.
