Now where was I? Hated Columbus area  So moved , in the country, very country...  Closer to my parents, although was retired my wife thinks I needed to still work  So work for a company that supplies workers to a window manufacturing plant Onsite Consultant , interview , background checks, drug test , hire, etc So been there for 3 months almost. Being closer to the parents is good since 2 weeks ago my Step Dad was put in hospital and they didn't think he would last the night But by golly he made it through that night and 9 more since then So its been good that I did move, will have to mow their 3 plus acres plus my 4 or so acres this summer so fun fun fun But if anyone wants to get away , Im sure I can find room for a camper/ tent , van, sleeping bag whatever plus so dirt roads to wonder around on LOL

Normally we talk about winters as being two overlapping years. 1942-1943, 2012-2013, etc. So far, it looks like years from now we'll be referring to "the winter of 2017-2019". Today would be a nice day - for November...

Snow one day, warm the next , rain turning into snow which then turns into and sleet and rain with some sunshine thrown in and that was just Monday and Tuesday |

I'm down in Cadiz for a couple days, near the ancestral farm. My advice is to invest in corn futures. With all the rain we are getting it ought to be a bumper crop. |

Just checking in, Im still Alive. Been busy doing house stuff work and have another kid. Picked up a giant RAM as well 2012 2500 Crew Cab Long Bed 4x4 with 6.7L Cummins "cowboy cadalliac" version. I have to admit the backup camaera is nice for backing up to trailers / backing close to stuff. Gets difficult to judge how close you are sometimes in a 25 ft long truck. Gotta fix the standard Solid Axle Issues though.. vibration/ wear on front tires. I may get lucky and it just be in need of an alignment. Did okay driving all the way across the country though back in november. |
