Jeep Relay for Life - 8 May 2010

OK, time to volenteer. Post back on here what interests you. We can either take a whole event at Erwin's in the afternoon (2 at a time), or just pick what fancies you and we all split up and mingle...

Activity When
Help with playground –
o Setup probably 5/5 or 5/6 5:00 PM 5/6 or 5/6
o direct traffic, washing Jeeps, etc. on 5/8 9:00-12:00
moose & tommudd
o clean-up playground on 5/8 around 5PM 5:00-6 PM 5/8

Jeepers for Friday nite rides w/children 6-9pm 5/7
Registration Helpers:
4 people needed withLestie, 7:45-8:45 5/8

Help with Jeep activities at Erwin’s (RTI and reverse steer are covered by FB & MB) 12:30-1 1-1:30 1:30-2 2-2:30
o Children’s activities
o Block Balance
o Slowest Jeep
o New event #1 (TBD)
o New event #2 (TBD)
o Handout beauty contest slips & tally them 12:00-2:00

I will volunteer! Recovery or where needed. I hope that we get a bunch of non-Wranglers, or maybe some Wranglers flying the LOST banner! Let's show them we just won't go away! Towstrap

If possible I'm gonna try to come down for the event. I would really like to show some support. With the job situation the way it is I don't want anyone to be relying on me though. Hope to see ya there

i am working on some sponsors for the event i a trying to get UAW "United Auto Workers" Union local 696 to sponsor since the JEEP is built in a UAW plant and i am also working on trying to get Miller Brewing Company to sponsor since it is a UAW plant if i am lucky i could get some cases of FREE beer for the after party and maybe as a raffel item

OK, I'm just going to tell them that we will supply some recovery Jeeps and warm bodies in the afternoon. They will assign us spots I guess...

That works
I'll handle the little bump in the ride where I was last year if they have it again. Easy spot and you get to help a few first timers and talk to others when they go around.
Or anywhere else I am needed I guess.
Anyone working bring your boots, you know its going to rain. :banghead:
