Nice how it just works out to have the right number of vents to spell out OHIO

You would want to epoxy the screening to the grill

our grills are .. Weak? at best as it is

making it a "solid" screened unit you could basically do what you wanted without screwing the structural integrity

When i get a new grill, I'll let you have my old one to practice on, it's broken but not bad enough to prevent you from being able to play around with it
