Post subject:  i need help with my jeep!!!

hey guys (and gals) of LOST...

i need help in chosing which parts to buy for my jeep. at a distance, you can tell the rear is not level with the front. there is 2 1/2" lift in the front and 2" in the rear. what parts should i buy for the rear to level it out? i know newer stiffer spring would help. but is there anything else i could do/buy? :juggle:

really need your alls input, but keep it nice. i don't want my thread to be trashed. so don't get mad at each other...

Some people would leave it like that. I know Tom usually runs the front heigher than the rear. Personally I would pick up a couple upper ISO's for the rear and start stacking until it evens out.

1 rear iso would make it pretty close to even,2 will put it just a touch higher.

Going too high in the rear can lead to other mors or less unseen problems
When you start going too high check your tri link ball joint real close
Boots will not stretch as much as some are pushing them
Me, no problems with the tri link nor am I blowing ujoints
keeping it a little lower saves money in the long run

Money is always the problem
either you don't have enough money and worry about it
or
you have too much and ......you worry about it

yeah money is the problem. my kj is the ONLY vehicle i have, so if something goes wrong i'm in big trouble. that's why i need another cheap vehicle.

a house will be a much better investment though!!! but start putting money aside for that too, no landlord anymore to fix stuff anymore.

and regarding your saggy rear  did you put the stock ISO in there with the daystar kit? or leave it out?? I left mine out, and noticed right away, so it went back up on the hoist and 20mins later it sits nice and level now. until you throw a subwoofer in the back and some other cargo/gear. but still much better than without those stock ISOs

yeah i've been looking at a few houses. although i can't do anything until next year, it's still nice to look. i want to get something with a bug garage and lot so i can have some LOST friends over. and about the stock ISO. i didn't install my lift myself, i paid a shop to. they charged $180, but i don't care. it was well worth it. i don't know if they left them or not. sorry.
