Jayme wins the snowball award!!! It was indeed Don & family.
We couldn't have planned it better if we tried. As we were pulling up to the west entrance of the park, there was another KJ pulling up from the other direction. I said to Jan - "Hey, nice looking Jeep!" As they pulled up closer, I noticed the American flag grill. We chatted for a bit at the entrance and then again in the lodge parking lot. It was great to see them again!

We didn't get to see as much of the park as we wanted too. We tried a couple of trails, but they soon got kinda slick and icy.

Guess that means we will just have to come back sometime :mrgreen:

went to a friends house, no alcohol, im not into that. But the mom took our keys and there was no alcohol there lol. then spent some time sleeping after i got back at 2.

I too had a few friends over. A husband & wife, and someone from junior high / high school who has recently come back into my life. We shared great food, drinks and conversation.

I really wish we had a "private" forum (much like the Lifetime Forum) here in the Illinois section.

Jerry made a great point, maybe the mods can talk about something to the admins to make this happen in each forum section :idea:

thinking about mounting my axe in the rear on the seats with a shovel...possibly making a rear cargo shelf, fixing up my fender flair and throwing out my old cb and getting a new one in Feb.

I'm in maryland for work this week and am suppose to be leaving BWI on a 10 AM flight to Midway on Friday, what are my chances of actually making it home?
