What all do you plan on trimming on the wheel wells? Front bumper and pinch weld?? If we do the pinch weld do you want it done nice and pretty with the liner??? If so you will have to get a heat gun unless Steve's got one, or others coming.

Are the Rockrails coming with the hardware? If so you need to make sure you get the proper size drill bits, I think it is the ones that go into the frame (the self tapping ones) that take a specific hard to find size. Make sure to have at least 2 each of the size drill bits, I will oil but they wear quickly and sharper bits drill faster. If no hardware call Heather at All J's and see what size they use and see if you can get the stuff.

Also my rear bumper for the TJ should be here by the weekend. Yea!!!!

Jayme, do you know when you are going to meet up with Bob on sunday to pick up your Jeep? I may meet you there to get my spare.

yea, coming with EVERYTHING...they are brand new, but he never installed them.

I dont have a heat gun, i have a hair dryer haha, honestly, if ann does not care, i just cut the trim and bashed the pinch weld and never looked back at missing the piece of plastic haha...come to think of it, i dont have the plastic anymore

o, and if anyone else wants to come to my place saturday you can. its just Ann, Will and I.

Will, are you bringing the TJ? and are you gonna need help with the bumper?

I'm not sure which one I am bringing yet, the bumper won't fit in the TJ to get down there so in will be installed in my garage. Plus stuff I am bringing to help with the rock rails.

Ann, like Steve said the plastic over my pinch weld was cut then I got some of rustoleum on it then added a couple coats of bed liner. The choice is yours but the work will also be on you. :ROTFL:

and i need to spend some time with the KJ, it is feeling left out.

Tires are on backorder and in production, so no telling when they will be in, I may stop in to see Bob on Sat before I go down to Steve's to talk about Steering upgrades for my TJ.
