are there any off roading places to go in illiniois? im talking more in the central/northern illinois area. ive heard of the cliffs and was told its a little tough. im pretty new to the jeep scene and am looking to go muddin or some easy trailing. thanks in advance for the response! :lol:

As far as 'legal' places in the central to northern Illinois area you're stuck with The Cliffs.

Next best bet it is The Badlands in Attica, In - Roughly the same distance south as Champaign/Urbana but a few miles over the Indiana border

haha.. ya im lookin for legal spots. i know of rocky glen. they only let 4 wheelers and side x sides now. i go there for my quad fun. i hope the cliffs isnt *too* rough. as im only runnin stock

Unfortunately, it seems that in the Land of Lincoln ORV, OHV, etc. does not include Jeeps, etc. As callaway said, The Cliffs is really about it.
