I have two questions -

1. According to the Firefox web browser, the checkout process is not encrypted. Why is this?

2. Attempting to checkout (choosing the PayPal method), there is no calculation for shipping? Is shipping included in the $12.99 price?

I want a shirt, but I won't purchase one thru that website. Give me a total (including shipping) and the PayPal address so I can make a payment from my personal PayPal account page, and I will order a shirt.

- Thanks.

The only way you can buy the shirt is through the website

- Thanks.

Interesting - I make a purchases on the internet on a regular basis using PayPal and have never run into a encryption warning. Thanks just the same.

As long as the transaction is being handled by Paypal, nobody should worry about it
I am not about to get an SSL cert if I'm not going to use it
the good part with Paypal is that there is no need to have a paypal account to buy - just use your CC or Debit Card - still secure.

SSL certs are overrated

Are you kidding me? Only if you are accessing PayPal directly thru their site and not thru a site which lacks security encryption. You do know PayPal had been cracked twice before Veri-Secure was created, right?

What? :?

Okay, my concerns have been answered by someone who is a expert in the field. He works for a US Gov't security department specializing in computers and the internet.

But more importantly, since it would take forever to write what he told me, the bottom line is - anyone purchasing on the JeepGear site using Paypal should be okay.
