Jeep dealers were already pretty few & far between downstate, and with Chrysler's "restructuring", things are a bit haywire. Two dealers close to us have lost their Jeep franchise, and the one picking up Jeep hasn't been authorized to hang signage on their dealership. Right now, nobody really knows much about servicing Jeeps, and all the mechanics know a LOT less than the common knowledge on this forum. Took our '06 in last week for a tire rotation & the dorks couldn't even tell me which way they rotated the tires. Upon questioning the mechanic, he wasn't even sure where the spare was supposed to enter the rotation.
Does anyone know someone reputable anywhere near Decatur?
