| Post subject: | Drummond Island MI This summer? |
I'm thinking about making a trip up there either in August or September. Anyone interested? Planning on camping up and back as well as on the island so it should be cheap, just fuel and food and camping fees. I think I need an OHV sticker as well. http://www.drummondislandchamber.com/ Its about 9 hours up and back from Chicago so its not just a weekend trip. I'm thinking leave Wednesday after work, take Thursday and Friday vacation, come home Sunday. Camp somewhere in Wisconsin on Wed night, Tent at different spots each night on Drummond Island, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, Get up Early on Sunday and head home. |
