And so it begins:
Allyrand climbs up out of that first deep ravine:
It's Meducan's fender flares versus the rock (of "between a rock and a hard place" fame):
Some beautiful surroundings in Kane Creek canyon:
My rock rail sliders will once again pay for themselves by helping keep my shiny painted sheet metal intact:
Mel's JK makes it look easy:
A nice place to stop for lunch...
...and this was before we started the bunches of creek crossings. My niece and nephew lost track so they just started saying it was about 200 creek crossings
(which is probably only off by a factor of 10)
After all the creek crossings, Allyrand and MtnLuvr climbing the shelf road out of the canyon:
Allyrand's lifted SFA KJ runs into quite the obstacle near the top of getting out of the canyon:
The bottom of the canyon below:
I want to personally thank everyone for holding the Kane Creek canyon trail run by 1 day so my group of 5 could participate. The kids really did enjoy the trail -- the fairly mild wheelin' in the beginning, all the creek crossings and then breaks they got to get out and play while we worked our way through the obstacles getting up and out of the canyon. Thank you all for being so accomodating.
