Lots of posts here about service we've been getting for our KJs. What do you all think? For the purposes of this poll, let's find out about service we get from dealers only.

I'm satisfied with the service - but at the same time - I haven't challenged them with anything difficult. 1 problem with the EGR - they kept it for a while but gave me a loaner, kept me up to date on the status and that was it. no other problems.

I am satified with my dealer. I have bought a dodge truck, a liberty and 2 PT cruizers from this dealer. Excellent service. No runarounds. Took Libby in for oil change and while it was in the ball joints were replaced with out even asking. Good salesmen, owner, and service dept.

My dealer was great as long as all i needed was an oil change.

The only reason I'm not completely satisfied is because they wouldn't replace the stress-cracked fog light on my brand new Renegade. Otherwise, they never give me a hard time about any of my modifications. Plus, the mechanics and service coordinators always like talking to me about my Jeep. I use Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep in Northern VA.
