'04 sport with no window problems other than the front passenger window rattles if part way down and my wife closes the door. This may be because she tends to slam it (though I've talked to her about it a couple of times). I have the factory tint, in-channel vent visors, and windows are almost always open.

Mine are great.

I wonder if non-use leads to the window regulator failures though?

It seems that the passenger rear fails the most and the driver's front fails the least.

Just thought I'd throw that out there:)

02 model - no issues yet, then again the windows are rarely down (a/c always on) and low mileage (31,500).

Interesting thought. Mine are always down. Summer, AC on full blast, windows down and sunroof open. Winter, heater on full blast, windows down and sunroof open. Rolling the windows down is usually the first thing I do after starting the motor.

Yes (31,500). I have a company vehicle and use their gas as much as possible. Jeep gets driven to town once a week, otherwise it sits in the garage.
