Yep, knock it all out at once. No sense in pulling parts twice.

Hey Mike-are you going to do anything next week-I feel like something closeby. What about that place you mentioned?

Not doing a dang thing. We can hit Hunter Lake Trail. It is pretty popular so we might get some other locals to join up.

Never done it b/f. Supposed to be pretty easy though. Fun and scenic. Not sure when yet, but soon of course. I'll let you know.

I should be getting the DTT this coming week I think, so I am going to wait and knock em out together. Hopefully I can get them in and use them ASAP for Hunter Lake.

I am now locked & loaded. Or is that loaded & locked?

Spent most of last evening at a friends house (garage) installing my lockers. With plenty of beer, and our wife's preparing an awesome dinner between installs, we got it done. In the meantime, I am hoping to find time tomorrow to test them on a local trail. I'll report my experiences later.

So I just got off the phone with Jegs and they said the DTT is backordered but they have an ETA of it getting to them by early next week so I may get it by the end of next week. I think i may just install the powertrax myself this week and do the DTT whenever it shows up.

Neal,

The Hills Angels, a local Reno off road club I am a member of, is helping the Forest Service guys do some work up there near or on the Hunter Lake Trail to protect some endangered plant that is only found around here or something. Anyway, on Saturday, the 27th we are meeting at the Garson Firestation staging area @ 9 am and doing some work for a few hours and then probably running the trail. You are more than welcome to join us and if you decide to come, you don't need to bring anything, just yourself and if you want a lunch and water. Hopefully I'll be able to get the powertrax in and going on Friday so its ready for Saturday.

I've only driven one day this week (due to rain) but I had no problems on the commute to and from work. I haven't had a chance to go off road yet. I am hoping to hit a local trail this Monday.

For those who were thinking about joining me, I'll let you know (in the Fountains thread / Midwest Forum) if I will be able to make it on Monday.
