That is a cool pic. Some of the wheels that bust are just a bad luck type of deal I bet. More wrong rock wrong time type of thing. I am sure tons upon tons of people wheel the crap out of their aluminum wheels with zero issues.

It may have to do with the way I wheel as well. I am pretty reserved, not like I was back when I got my nick name Taz. I had a V-8 grand and a heavy foot back then.

Yep, stuck with the KJ. There are a few other jeeps I'd rather have my hands on but the KJ will do until I can get one.
And that is bad in what way?

I'd rather have a different jeep. So yes, I am stuck with the KJ until I get what I really want.

Yeah, I like my KJ, but for an off road rig, I'd much rather have a different jeep. I'd give up more creature comforts and daily driver qualities for a more capable rig for off roading.

Voted to keep the steelies. Yes the Moabs look great especially on the KJ. However, you wheel yours, and with the backspacing of the Moabs, everytime I took mine out on a trail, I had gobs of rubbing. Thats right I said gobs, even with the 245/75's that were on it then. i think the Steelies, just function better, and they don't look bad to boot.

Im going to sell the Moabs and keep the steelies. Not worth the hassle to switch over and not enough benefits.
