My battery has a hole in it so I guess its time for a new one. I currently don't have a winch but will get one some day. Its not currently at the top of my priory list for the jeep. I don't have any extra lights and probably wont add any unless I can find a screaming deal on a light bar. I also plan on keeping the stereo stock. I've anticipated needing a battery for awhile so there's money in the jeeps maintenance fund. The prices listed are just examples from a quick search. |

Group 34R Optima red top. It has reversed pos & neg locations so cables reach correctly. With a little adjusting - many other group 34 batterys can fit your CRD. If it is just a starting battery, go for the red top I think it has a longer warranty. You may want to ck that. If you have a winch or use lots of DC accessories with the battery off, they say the Yellow Top is the way to go. |
