I'd definitely keep the Miata since its paid for and I assume pretty economical. No reason to put the wife in a gas guzzler unless she absolutely insists on it. I'd go mustang if you do decide to buy something new. I'm all for variety, it's nice to have choices when you go somewhere. Now to the real question...are you itching to drive a TJ? If so, trade in the liberty on one. If you're not in a hurry to trade "up" and she's not in a hurry to drive the liberty, seems you have an easy decision. |

I'm only voting for the Miata because you asked "what would you do?" Well, I love Miata's. They handle beautifully, have a whole planet's worth of aftermarket, and yours is paid off. However if I were YOU, I'd have no idea. I love the new 2010 Mustangs. I'd trade my Vette for one. (a top-optioned Mustang, that is). But, I like 4-door Jeeps too. If I were in your shoes, I'd go with the Mustang. Reason: You already have one off-roadable vehicle. The Lib. |
