Purchased mine on 8-29-05. I have over 6500 mi so far. Had the Air Charge Cooler hose replaced becaused it split and the trans shudder taken care of. It's probably the quality of the fuel but I hope the mpg starts going up soon but I having a blast driving it.

We've had our Lib. for a year now and have only had the EGR problem once. Currently at about 13,000 miles and, knock on wood, so far so good. Took it out to South Dakota over Holloween and got a hand calculated 27-28.5 MPG. Wife and I are really digging it so far hope to keep having good luck with it. I will be adding a CCV filter to it shortly though.

now up to 6200 miles. Did the Oil change at 6000 miles and ran the used oil through a make shift filter. (peace of cheese cloth) nothing in oil. The oil was really black but nothing in oil.

Just bought a new 05 CRD fully loaded Limited with 2000 km's in Maple Ridge BC it now has 2350 km's

Love it and use to have a 02 3.7 v6 and it was a gas hog and this is a great addition to our family

I put in biofuel b20 and drove it 160 km's after buying it for the weeks driving to and from work and wanted to check how much fuel was used so I refilled tank with more b5 biofuel this time and it took 16 liters fuel and cost me 16.00 fuel and wow that was great compared to the truck I took back to the dealer and traded back to them for the CRD.
