Okay if you've seen part one (whats legal), I've spoken to Chrysler Canada, and they said that a full suspension mod, no matter what height would void the warranty, however, getting a spacer kit, up to 3" would be cool warranty wise......

The question: Will a spacer kit allow me the flex and clearance or is it simply going to be more "cosmetic" than anything else. I like these kits because they are CHEAP!! but as they say "price equals performance" so I'm a little apprehensive. :?

not sure how it works in o' canada but in the us they have to prove the specific modification caused the problem you are trying to get fixed under warranty.

so it would b impossible to say that a lift (or any other single mod) voided the entire warranty

obviously, parts replaced by the modification wouldn't be warrantied by chrysler but they couldnt (for example) day the lift cause an electrical problem and therefore deny your warranty claim when the door locks quit working

bottom line, your dealer is full o' krap

Yeah I hear that...I've just been reading about the warranty, and it said that you can do pretty much what you want, however that part added will not be covered under the warranty.....you are right though, I have one of those "not so off road friendly" dealers and they have proven that a number of times......
