This is what FITS will cost ya.

$10 per night per vehicle if you are camping

$6 for park entrance if you aren't camping

$12 bucks for the Saturday night catered BBQ Beef dinner with all the fixins
The dinner will be brought and served hot by the catering company.

Hope this info helps out in your planning.

Don't forget money for the raffle! Fun prizes. I won some really cool stuff last year.

Yes, this helps out in planning. Just to clarify, is that $12 a plate? What about the kiddos?

Rex,

It is $12 per person. I am not sure about the kids, I am sure we can work something out for a fair price for the smaller stomachs.

Let me clear it through the bank. If we can't get it that good we will get it close.

Okay kids 10 and under eat free...I was told this worked well in the past. Hope this is cool....all will eat and all will get full no matter what. The big thing is that we like the dinner to pay for it self or mostly pay for its cost. Hope this helps cut the cost down for the big families.

^^^^ Thanks Ernie, I'm sure families with younger kids appreciate that.
