It works, just need to resize it to around 150px wide - more info on avatar sizes here.

Weird - I took the url in your post and was able to pull up the image on your PB site, so I pasted it in this post and put the 'image' tags on it and it works fine on my computer. Yet I try to edit your post and it just doesn't seem to want to work. Very interesting...
