O.K. I'm going to try this again in the Testing Grounds, like I should have at first.
This is what I bought.

The first thing I did was to cut out a notch in the inside base of the right tail lens to get to the body.

Then I drilled the mount holes in the body panel.

After that I used Form-a-Gasket as a sealer.

The mount base had to be bent to get past the lens edge.

Then the mount was installed.

The cable was run from the antenna mount to behind the right rear bumper end cap and up into the gate well.

The gate bottom lip was marked to drill a 5/8" hole for the cable.

The cable was passed to the inside.

The cable is run over to the drivers side and is attached to factory installed clips.

The junction box is placed behind the knee plate (very convenient feature).

The mic cable mount provided was mounted to the reader port after drilling a hole in the corner of the plate.

Door passes antenna by 1/4 - 3/8 inch.

Window passes antenna by 1/2 - 5/8 inch.
The power cable to the junction box was sent through the plastic grommet on the left firewall below the wire bundle to the engine compartment and directly to the battery. The SWR meter made tuning it a breeze and the reading was less than 1.
