This is what I bought.
Image
Package Includes:
Cobra 75 WX ST CB Radio
3' or 4' Wilson FLEX CB Antenna
18' cable
Mounting Options:
3-Way Vertical Surface & Mirror Kit
or Jeep Wrangler Hood Kit
or Teraflex CB Mount Kit
or Universal Hood & Channel Kit
Compact External Speaker
Standard SWR Meter and Jumper Cable

First I notched out the left tail light base to access the body.
Image

Then I drilled holes into the body panel.
Image

A little Form-a-Gasket for sealant.
Image

The antenna mount had to be bent slightly to miss the edge of the lens.
Image

The antenna mount installed.
Image

The cable was run from the mount to behind the right bumper end cap and into the well below the rear gate lip.
Image

A drill mark was made at the thinnest part of the gate lip.
Image

The cable passed through the hole into the cabin.
Image

A rubber grommet from a Pep Boys assortment was installed on the edge of the hole around the cable.
Image

The cable was run to the drivers side in existing factory clips and behind trim panels to the front.
Image

The junction/control box was installed on the plastic knee box cross bar with sheet metal screws and grounded with a 16 awg twisted copper wire to the steering column mount. The power wires were sent through the plastic grommet on the left firewall below the wire bundle that passes into the engine compartment.
Image

The mic cable plate that was provided was attached to the reader port after drilling a hole in the corner of the plate.
Image

The mic hanger was installed on the dash where the display could be seen while driving.
Image

The hand-held installed.
Image

View from the rear.
Image

View from the side.
Image

The rear door clears the antenna by 1/4 - 3/8 inch
Image

The rear glass clears the antenna by 1/2 - 5/8 inch.
Image

Hope this was helpfull.
Sorry for the previous posts....I'm still learning.
