Snacks and drinks for the trails. Trash bags too so you can take your trash out with you. Instead of tossing on the trail. Think the above list sums up most of what you need. |

Some other items that I'd recommend everyone have in their vehicles whenever on the trail: - Basic first aid appropriate for the area you are in and activities you're doing. - Basic emergency rations (clear bottled water, energy bars, etc.) - Fire extinguisher (small ones are cheap at HD/Lowes/Wallmart, so why not have one?) - Change of clothes for everyone in the vehicle (including shoes) and towels / wipes (baby wipes work really well for a LOT of things). I'd personally include all but the last one as "mandatory". Your mileage may vary. Dan |

What tools should I bring? I was thinking maybe... 1 set of 3/8" drive metric sockets and wrench 2 sets of 1/2" drive metric sockets and wrench (one set is impact) Impact wrench (battery powered) BFH Pliars duct tape Should I bring limb loppers too for cutting branches (or is that frowned upon...I'm thinking it probably is)? |
