Looking more like a no, now. The kj got into a street fight with a guardrail yesterday after hydroplaning on the freeway. No one injured and damage is repairable, but clearance for the front tires is WAY down after having the front clip crushed in. approx 4-5 days of repairs can't start till the Monday before ECS, so y'all will have to spill a little fluid for me.

Bummer, Dan. Glad nobody was hurt. I know Aaron will miss your technical presence. But you know Jayne will take plenty of photos!!! Still, we will miss having you there. Next year! :)

Heck, I may try to drive up in a rental car and just bum a ride in a passenger seat if anyone will have me. I mostly want to get away and see friends and windrock in the fall. That's half the fun :)

Dan, for what it's worth there's only me in my KJ - first time at Windrock. Some "guidance" from someone with past experience would be helpful for this "Windrock Newbie." And I'd be happy to ride shotgun if you want to have some time behind the wheel :lol:

It is with much regret that I will be unable to attend this years event do to doctors restrictions and 30 days recovery time after hernia surgery last Monday. Ya'll have fun, be careful and I'll see you next year, if not before.

We need to update the list and confirm your status, I know some are having issues and have moved to maybes, also please post up if you have extra seat or seats.

Can anyone on the list confirm having a cabin (or other fixed structure) reserved for ECS? I'm wondering about logistics for evening sit-abouts having never been in their "camping only" area.

Fingers are crossed for you....

The bf says this is why he never reuses prop nuts on his raceboats. He's never lost a prop, unlike most other guys.

I am amazed the driveline shop would reuse a pinion nut. All they have to do is add it to the cost and itemize it. Who's going to scream about a $10-$15 addition to their $500-$1000 bill?
