Yup. You don't know what to look or ask for unless someone explained it to you or you had something bad happen (I'm better at learning from the latter, unfortunately).

I'm still having issues and I thought I went to the best :banghead: another live and learn moment. Getting them to actually pull the front axle is proving very difficult.

Yea, the second store I took it to fixed the rear but not the front. It's getting worse. I took it back for the mechanic to check it and he said the tires are making the noise, NOT. General at2's are almost silent. I gave them too much money to have someone else do it. I'll probably change the oil in it and use one of those snakey camera things to have a look in there.

Hopefully the weather cooperates so camping is somewhat comfortable. Really looking forward to some relaxation and great trail rides with everyone!

Checked Oak Ridge's forecast...it'll be mid 70s, 50s at night and sunny so should be dry! (Which is cool...I'm just fine without having massive amounts of mud everywhere) :SOMBRERO:

I was thinking before Thursday we should probably exchange phone numbers with everyone else (or at least a few people) so we can meet up easier.

This is true and a step folks often forget (and very useful for people showing up at different times).

I'll volunteer to put together a list if folks want to PM me their name/handle and mobile number. I'll PM the list back out to everyone who gave me one, probably Thursday AM. I can also text the list to folks who know they'll be on the road or would prefer text. Please indicate the last time you'll have access to the forum in your PM.

List has gotten short. I will be staying at the Quality Inn Oak Ridge. Arriving on Thursday (10/10)night late (Jennie is flying into Knoxville at 2320. I will be leaving on Monday (10/14) afternoon and dropping Jennie off for her flight back to Pittsburgh at 1440 before driving back to ATL.

I would love to be able to attend. My job has been working me 60+ hours a week,and I knew there was little to no chance in getting the time off from work. It's both a blessing and a curse. I don't have lots of free time, but I know lots of people who would love to be working even 30 hours a week...I just had the torque converter and front pump seal replaced in my trans. That shot a lot of my "fun money" that I had saved up/planned for other mods to the Jeep. Well, I guess that means another year of "maybe next time". I hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend!
