There is not yet - I have been waiting for people to chime in with who is staying where so I have something somewhat solid that I can give to the campground. I will call them early next week and see what they can do for us. I'll report back what I find.

I will be getting a cabin and I think Colin +1 will be in there also, we can do the congregating there, also think Tony P wanted a cabin.

We will be camping Friday night, wheeling Saturday and leaving Saturday evening for Gatlinburg.

Just wondering if my plans are ok...planning on arriving in Oak Creek that Saturday by noonish. Leaving Monday. I don't think I could get there any earlier since it's a 12.5 hour drive and I won't be leaving till Friday afternoon.

I'm probably going to roll in Friday noon-ish unless I can change my schedule on Thursday of that week. Shoot, just a couple of days of wheeling with this group will be great - if I can get a full day Friday then that's a sweet bonus Bob

Good to hear Colin, I will be up mid day Thursday, I will be in a cabin this year again. Need to call and make reservations. Anyone else looking for a cabin?? I will see about making reservations.

Jayme, FWIW I'm probably going to be camping in a tent (or sleeping in the KJ if it gets too chilly - I'm a wimp ) if that helps your planning any. Bob

First "official" meeting time is 12 noon on Friday (10/11) at the trailhead (former location of the SnackShack which I understand may not be there anymore). Park passes and trail maps are available at the offices of the Windrock Campground (see map above) and other locations: http://windrockpark.com/what-you-need/permits-passes-tickets/ Please arrange to have your passes before meeting so that other folks don't have to wait on you.

I'm going to be leaving here tomorrow afternoon (basically in MN), going to stay in NW Indiana then make it down Saturday. Going to try to get in around 1 give or take. Just wondering, if things go ok (no damage) does anyone, as of now, have time for a run or two on Monday morning? I don't need to leave till noon Monday. Just wondering if anyone would be interested.

Was going to suggest that those getting in this evening should meet us at Cancun Mexican Restaurant in Oak Ridge at 7PM, but it turns out that they have closed. Will see what the other options are. Unlike last year we are a smaller group and should have more options.

I should be getting in around 2 or 3 eastern time...got that working against me. So I should be able to get a run in before the end of the day!
