I've never had good experiences burning with Windows Media Player, I usually just use iTunes, but that aside make sure the files you are trying to burn will actually play in windows media player and make sure that it knows where the files are on the hard drive (If the files can play in WMP then it knows where they are on the HDD). If it still does not work, just take the files where they are on you computer and drag them onto the blank CD in windows explorer...or use iTunes
