I would go with the lab/shepard mix too. Just too much of the shepard colors...cute dog though.

A cute puppy. Now we must wait to see what takes over as he grows.

I lost my new BFF this past weekend.Hit by a truck.
I never thought that I could get so attatched to a dog after just a month, but I really feel like I lost my bestest friend.
In the four and a half weeks that I had him,he went camping every weekend with me.
I finally had a REAL dog.No offense to Peanutbutter and Junior my two chihuahua's,but there are some things that a big dog can offer that my two squirrel dogs just can't give me.A WOOF instead of arf-arf.I could wrestle with Rosco.Could take Rosco camping without having to worry about the hawks and owls prowling overhead. At the camp friday night I went for a midnight swim in the creek,in the deep spot, and who do I see swimming around me?Mr Rosco-boy.Surely not Peanut.
I swear this dog was tough as nails, downing half a bag of ant poison,a can of wasp spray, lawnmower wheels, gas tank with fuel,a few palms,a monkey puzzle tree, and just about everything else in my backyard with no ill effects.
I know this may sound like a total overstatenent, but my life will never be the same without that boy.I held him in my arms till he was gone, telling him that I love him,and praying that he go to Doggie-Heaven.
You gave me one of the best months of my life Rosco, and I'll never forget you my boy.

I'm sorry to hear Bub, he was a really good looking dog and he looked like he would have been a blast to play with.

Man, that sucks, sorry to hear. I lost one on the highway, right in front of me, couple of years back - it is a gut-wrenching, awful thing.

Some people just don't understand how attached you can get to a pet. Whatever it is. They become like a family member, a child. I had a golden Lab that I found in a ditch. At the time I could hold her in 1 hand. I named her Annie, as in Little Orphan Annie. It was real hard when she passed away. I'm really sorry for what your going through Bub.

Take care

Terry

Remeber that you gave HIM a fantastic month also, and he left this earth knowing he was loved unconditionally. May we be so lucky. Sorry to hear it, good luck on the backside.
