I personally like the dark meat because it is juicier and has more flavor. Maybe it's just juicier because the mother in law always over cooks the bird something terrible.

More taste. Of course, less healthier, but I eat turkey twice a year (T-day and Christmas), so I am not concerned.

White meat, but you have to cook the bird right, and brining helps with keeping the white meat moist :)

white meat only, I always do mine in a brine and the white stays very moist, dark is for grinding up for other things....
