I still have a few days left before I deploy to Afghanistan, but I've got a bit less than 24 hour before I have to pack up the iMac, so I thought i would say my goodbyes now. Not sure how good the internet connection will be over there, but I will check back on as time allows.

I'll be back stateside at the end of March. Hope to see some of you at Ouray in July. Plan on bringing the KJ and a new JK with me.

Do you know what FOB your going to? If Baghram it's club med there,everything you could possibly need and more.The internet is good,little slow but you can get it your room,along with cable and cell phones.

Yep heading to BAF. Remember Troy, I'm a squid. Expeditionary Electronic Attack Squadron, so I won't even be heading off base except for R&R.

I just said I was heading over, didn't say I was going to have it rough.
