Here is the description...If anyone has seen someone resembling this man, call the FBI.

The robber is described as a while male, possible Hispanic, ranging from 50 to 60-years-old. He is approximately five-feet nine-inches tall, with a slender to medium build, black hair, and a moustache.

I'm going to need more than this.

Toledo was looking for someone that robbed a bank, thought it was a woman dressed as a man but could also of been a man trying to dress like a woman to try and fool everyone.
Never did catch them,
not sure why :?

That would be like going into a nursing home looking for an old, short, grey haired women with glasses!
