Our Jeep Dealership closed
BUT! The Subaru dealership down the road took over their inventory and service department so we have somewhere to go in town as opposed to going to Sedona.
I had some problems with my Jeep this past week, so I took it in. One problem being the window regulator on my passenger door in the back went out. Of course for them to order and install it - close to $400 bucks. So, I go to pick up my Jeep today, and the bill (including them balancing my tires and fixing "a wobble" in my engine...) was $103.06.
Turns out, since they bought the dealership they dont really keep many Jeep parts in the shop. But, they had a guy order a window regulator, then he totaled his Jeep, thus didn't need it. So (mind you I have a power train, not service warranty), the guy "pretended" I had a service contract, and only had me pay the $50 deductible.
Let me tell you, that made this broke college kid's day!
There really are good people out there!
