blink-182!!!!

THEY ARE BACK!!!!

I don;t know if anyone here listens to them here, but most of you prob know of them since you all might have been in HS when they came out...but who is excited, any cool stories you have about them??

all i got is that I went to a Vans Warped Tour in Houston and they were great and then Angels and Airwaves in Chicago and Travis Barker did Reckless Abandon (blink-182 song) at the concert, made my life

Blink-182 is the reason my best friend picked up a guitar, and the reason I started playing drums. We had some awesome times playing gigs together.

Sad day it was when they broke up... I always preferred +44 to AAA though. Got to see them live at bogarts in Cincy when Travis had a broken wrist. They were awesome, but it was nothing like the energy of a Blink concert.

Can't wait to see what they put out.

I dont think Travis ever played with angels and airwaves did he? Travis and Mark were in +44, Tom and Travis were in Boxcar Racer...

no...he came there, because he got on the mic and basically said this non friendship thing sucks (of course he was swearing)

+44 was not on tour then, +44 was broken up...and AVA was doing its 2nd album tour

"Blink-182 have ended the speculation over a reunion, they are back together and recording new music. Here is the statement they sent over on Sunday evening:
Hi. We're blink-182. This past week there've been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us.

To put it simply, We're back. We mean, really back. Picking up where we left off and then some. In the studio writing and recording a new album. Preparing to tour the world yet again. Friendships reformed. 17 years deep in our legacy.

Summer 2009.

Hmmmmm....in high school when they came out in 1992? I was a year out from my 10-year class reunion.
