The moment individuals run from the police, to me, they are now free to be dealt with in any way possible, because now they put innocent people's lives at risk. Shoot the vehicle until it no longer can run, period. That means shooting the engine and tires. If tey get hit, so be it. That will teach people not to run. Because there is now standing requirements for police to stand down if the chase gets too fast, criminals and just foolish people will take the risk of running.

If we change the way things are done, people will think twice before doing it and not do it.

My Grandfather always said that there was an idiot born every minute and there was one of them.
The person in the Wrangler had a ride for sure, a woman hit me back a few years ago and they estimated my speed at 35 ...hers 75 I never even saw her coming!

there was an accident a few weeks ago by me, a lady was stopped waiting for cars to pass so she could make the left into her driveway. a guy came at 65mph (this road is 35mph) around the turn and rear ended her spinning her into the other lane. another car came and hit her on the side at 40mph ejecting her little girl out the back window to the pavement.

the little girl and moron driver were medivaced by helicopter
they just came home about a week ago I heard.

Holy cow! That was a whalop! Good thing that person in the Jeep was wearing a seatbelt. They would have been picking him up with a mop if he hadn't.
