Aren't you all glad you are in control when an idiot light comes on.
You can pull over and often shut down and restart can fix a glitch.
If that does not work, you can determine if you need a tow or drive to where you can fix it.
Just think, a computer brain fart could kill you if you did not have control.

you mean similar to the couple billion dollar B2 that crashed itself because there was moisture on the sensors and ended it's perfectly good flight record? :lol:

I can see warp's point. Because of the fact the Boeing 757 is fly-by-wire, it has been my favorite commercial aircraft for some time. Not to be able to over-ride a computer system as the case with the airbus system is insane! :shock:
