I never read reviews. I only ask people I know with similar taste in movies. I'm gonna go catch the matinee of it this Sunday.

It's ok, Michael Bay just needs to stop. Good action. Good overall plot. Poor execution, the only decent actor was Shia LeBouf...megan fox is hot but got botox in her lips :( its enjoyable but not worth a second theater viewing, which pisses me off because i was wicked excited about this for the past year.

I thought it was great, for the most part, better than the first. And I loved the first. It suprises you because you somehow think the movies are for "kids", but they are both awesome. The only complaint is in the final scene, it took too long. Tons of action, but somehow, there was TOO much action. Good movie though. Would see again.

ThunderbirdJunkie saw it last night, and was sorely disappointed.

Too many "ooh lookit that" shots of Megan Fox. Too much character development with the humans. Do not care about humans when ThunderbirdJunkie is going to see a movie with giant robots kicking each others asses.

Plot...kinda...blah. that I love you BS belongs in The Notebook or whatever whiny girls watch. Again, did not go to see giant robots kick each others asses to be interrupted by kissing and I love you.

Special effects...how is it that in 30 years we have gone from ultra-realistic looking space ships and stuff in the first Star Wars, and then to CGI cartoonish BS? Come ON...if we can make it look right in 1977, why can't we do it now?

The one-on-one fight at the end did not last long enough.

Overall, if ThunderbirdJunkie would have directed this film, it would have been fantastic. It was worth the $6 he paid to see it though.

And +5 on the cologen thing...WTF? Just like when you watch Gone in 60 Seconds with Angelina Jolie, and then look at her in Tomb Raider or Mr and Mrs Smith. Ugh

Haha, yeah her lips did look like she got stung by mad bees or something. And her role was a little too... involved maybe. I didn't see why Shia had to "die" and be awaken by those ancient robots, I don't even know how that even happened...

The one on one fight scene was 1/18th the length of the end fight scene with all of the evil robots and the humans, should have changed that ratio. Still entertaining, worth the money, and there were some badass stuff in there nonetheless.

Thunderbirdjunkie, i disagree, i thought the CGI was incredibly realistic when they weren't wasting their talent making the bots look ridiculous like the twins.

I enjoyed it. Saw it yesterday. There were some parts (cheesy) that I would have left on the editing room floor but overall I enjoyed it. Is it bad to not want to see it at the theater and instead want to watch it on an HDTV? I think I've becomes spoiled by HDTV and Blu-Ray.

Saw it Friday night, thought it was awesome. Loved it when Buble Bee came in and rescued the guy (whoever he is) and Megan Fox when they were running to get to Optimus. Awesome.

And Megan Fox is HOT.

I haven't seen it yet and want to... It came out on my birthday & that was my #1 goal, but ended up working instead.

Of friends & co-workers I've heard about the same amount of comments going both ways. The main complaint is that it's dragged out far too long.

My ex-roommates called it a rental & my brother was too effected by alcohol to remember more than Megan Fox & the "ghetto bots". Haha

I still plan on going to see it. Hopefully today or tomorrow.

Haha, well Megan Fox was hot, a little overdone though. And the ghetto bots were really funny. Despite all of the action as there is in the end, you find yourself wanting it to end... There's just no way to justify a 20 minute long scene of humans fighting no-name evil robots.

I thought the movie was awesome. I saw it the Tuesday it came out at Midnight. I saw it in a regular theater and now I'm going to go see it at the IMAX.
