On the final night of Pastafari, on the shores of Blue Notch, kskj became only the 2nd member of LOST to be awarded "The Pink Shovel". I believe yellocoyote has photos of the presentation as well as the mounting on the Jeep.
It wasn't hard to select kskj for the honor because he represented all the made LOST great in the past. In these days of whining, excuses and personality clashes, kskj worked really hard to help make Pastafari a success and in turn set an excellent example for us all (even if your name is in green).
As many of you read, his KJ caught fire and had significant damage. Under normal circumstances, a fire would've ended any plans to go on a vacation to UT. He ended up buying another KJ, flying to the east coast to pick it up and driving all the way back to KS with it. He then spent long hours transferring what he could from the burned KJ to the new one to get it trail ready. He still attended Pastafari and fulfilled his obligations as a team leader. The next time there's an event close to home what are your road blocks for not attending?
