Tonight my sister asked me:
"Is your Jeep a v-8?"

I cracked up laughing while she has this blank, confused face on her face.

I said:
"No, my Jeep is not a v-8 it's a v-6." While telling her that I thought of everything else I could say about a v-8 in my Jeep and actually thought about Wildman's v-8 conversion.

She added:
"Well I thought it was a v-8 because it uses so much gas. I don't know anything about Jeeps."

I told her:
"It uses so much gas cause I run mud tires. If I ran all-terrain tires, then I would probably get 5 more mpg and get 20mpg instead of 15mpg."

Another story is when I was getting my Flowmaster muffler installed at the muffler shop, one of the guys asked if it was a v-8. Yet they had the hood open and could see the v-6 cover on the engine.

Too many English Majors become Folk/Bluegrass Singers instead of teaching people how to read or wright.
Think the techs who installed the muffler were bad, read some Government Regulations sometime. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Most of the Idiots who write regulations have Law Degrees :banghead: :banghead:

They need to be practicing Law, not writing regulations.

ever noticed the key words preceding the following

"law"
"medicine"

It's Practice...

While my gma was in a nursing home after one of her strokes, my mom called to find out which doctors office they were taking her to for her checkups

it went something like this
-- Yes, which doctor will XX be seeing wednesday?
++ Oh.. Uhh.. They commin' from across town, they'll come here
-- I understand, but which practice are they from? (most of the general phys. places here are called XX Family Practice etc"
++ Oh.. OH.. oh no mam.. They ain't practicing.. they real doctors..
