Stupid question, BUT………… I’ve had the XM Boom-box radio since 2004. I had Sirius free for 1 year when I first bought my Dodge Truck (2006) and my Jeep Liberty (2007). Once my free trail expired, I didn’t renew Sirius in either vehicle for the simple fact that I didn’t drive either vehicle except for a few times each month. Now that I drive my truck a little more, I decided to reactive my Sirius account. I learned pretty quickly that all my favorite Talk Radio shows are found on XM. Am I stuck with Sirius shows or can I somehow add a few XM shows to my Sirius package? I was hoping when XM and Sirius merged, they would be more flexable in their menu. I think I know the answer, but I was being hopeful. :juggle:

I used to have Sirius and I had the best of XM package. I'm not sure which channels transfer over exactly but it's supposed to be all of Sirius and the most popular channels of XM

Thanks cgass. I saw the option to add “The Best Of Sirius Package” to XM, but I didn’t know you could add some XM Channels to Sirius. I’ll give them a call and see what I can do.

They're a pretty good company, I've had good experiences with them in the past. When I was unemployed I called up and asked to cancel the service and since I had been a customer for over a year they gave me 3 months free. Gave me enough time to find a job. They've always worked with me with technical issues too. Sadly my libby doesn't have Sirius. I had forgotten how annoying commercials are

Yeah, but I want “TALK RADIO” XM 168 with “The Dave Ramsey Show”, “Financial Physician”, and “Coast to Coast”, etc.

Dave Ramsey is OK, I have more or less came up with the conclusion that his way works by getting out of debt.
But having Andrew Wilkow Serius/XM 125 on the rental car (I picked up in Buffalo,NY) radio (who is banned in Canada), when I went to lunch yesterday in Witby, ON Canada was very satisfying.
Canadian approved Serius/XM radio is not so good, perhaps even Dave Ramsey is banned up there too. :ROTFL: :ROTFL:

Well, since I'm IN Pittsburgh, I get Quinn & Rose in the Mornings for free anyways.

I got the free Year O' Sirius with my Commander from the Jeep dealer, too (even though it was used!). Never had satellite radio before; only had it for a few weeks right now. I guess my jury is still out on it... :ALONE:

One thing's for certain - the tunnels around Pittsburgh kill satellite reception - same as FM. Only KDKA-AM come through in the Liberty tubes!
