could be but if your battery is good it would still boot, but is had a power adapter cause my laptop to think it was charging until it died and the battery was drained.

see if you have a local fix it guy(girl?) somewhere close.

(S)he should be able to tell you what's wrong and give an estimate. If I was closer, I'd take a peek for you.

Well, blue screen most certainly describe infinite possibilities and you just have to find the right mistake you did and undo it. I suggest that you get back to the last configuration that you made that worked. I suppose a hardware change or software installation is causing this problem. I am not really certain what this error code means but nevertheless, you just have to try things out.
