OK jeepin' friends.... a little something different. Every year my karate club does a fund raiser for cancer. I missed last year's event due to surgery, but I'm back this year with a vengeance. Please go to the link provided, and sponsor me in the annual Illinois Shotokan KICK FOR CURES. I'll do my part by doing 1000 karate techniques (kicks and punches) in an hour.
