Just watch a show on Discovery channel called "One car too far". It's like survivorman with a jeep. It comes on every Sunday. Pretty interesting learned some ice driving techniques.

It's a good show, I learned how to fix a sheared half axle on a TJ, using tie down straps, an axe, and a log. LOL. The only thing that bothers me is they keep referring to the jeep as a car.

maybe they are not able to for some reason

I had a hard time watching when I'm pretty sure everything was produced and not real reality. I guess it's still entertaining compared to most things on TV.

Most of the survival shows are staged,but I think this show might give some good tips for people who like overlanding or just basic rural 4x4 exploring. :ALONE:
