a program just came down the pipe line and its called house of heroes. Im not sure of the origin of this program or when it was founded. all i know is it just was breifed to me from my Command seargent major. The program is designed to help spouses who's husband or wife was killed overseas in the line of duty. We will go to the spouses home and remodel it for them ensuring they have adequate living quarters. The program kicks off Monday morning and the first project will be gutting the house and replacing the dry wall. I said I would commit to the project because if I was killed in the line of duty I would want my wife to be afforded this as well. I think it's an amazing project and I am very thankful I have the chance to help someone in this situation.

Not sure if this is in the right place in the forum. Just wanted everyone to know that projects like this do exist and we do what we can to help.
