I am curious to know..

How many members here have the pleasure of saying that they are the ONLY owners that their Jeep has known? How do you drive your Jeep, do you drive the heck out of it all the time, or do you baby it? How long do you plan on keeping your Jeep? Lastly, does your Jeep have a name?

I can say I am not, got it with 55,000 miles, and plan on taking it out on the weekends, and using it for my camping rign no name yet.

Not the first owner,It was a fleet vehicle for less than a year. I drive and use my Jeep.No name, I call it my Jeep or KK I have only named one of my vehicles before. Killher, because it was killing me- exhaust manifold leaks.
Edit
I will keep it as long as its need and is useful.

I'm the 3rd owner of my Jeep. I got it with 64,xxxmi on the clock. I go pretty easy on her lol. Easy on the gas & easy on the brakes make parts last longer. However when I get to wheel I wheel the snot outta it  I always go wash it as soon as I'm done wheeling though because I don't want rust. If I haven't been wheeling I still wash and wax it once a week. Oil changes every 3,000mi. So, I'm planning on keeping it till it totaly blows.....then maybe turning it into an offroad only vehicle.

I am the original owner of my 06 KJ, bought off the lot in Washington with 10 miles. Now its got 113K and running strong. Its my primary camper, bike hauler, adventure seeking pal, and daily driver. 'JeepJeep' is what the family lovingly refers to it as. I plan in a great many upgrades soon for now its a little stocky.

Not the first driver, but the first person to own the title. Mine sat on the lot for 9 months and had about 50 miles on the clock from test-drives before I got it, but I put the first loan, the first mod, and the first hole (intentionally drilled) so it's all mine as far as I'm concerned.

I bought my Jeep off the lot on March 28, 2007 with 16 miles on it. Somehow in the week from when I first saw it, it gained 8 miles, no biggie. Now it has 94,448. I plan on keeping it until it can't keep up with me anymore, lol.
Its been a daily driver since day one. I've offroaded it multiple times. I've taken it easy since then because it is my daily driver and I don't have the cash to keep fixing things, lol.
It takes me to the beach in the summer, and the mountains in the winter.

I like my little truck.

Yeah - 117,000 miles - daily driver - 3 trips to Moab, half dozen to Colorado, - once up to Vancouver

the only vehicle I know of that can be comfortable on the highway and still run Black Bear.

Was driving by the dealership and seen it driving off the truck, they were just delivering it. That was back in August 2002. Went up the next morning (Monday) and bought it.

It has 225,000 Kilometers on it now and going strong, just needs tires (3rd set). Only had the recalls done and we had to change a couple o2 censors. :D
Serving us very well, no complaints. :)

Got mine September 21, 2004
Only driver , only owner , Daily driver
179,000 miles ( almost 160,000 lifted miles) and I still bounce it off the rev limiter on take offs a few times a week. I do baby it as far as maintenance/washing/waxing etc. It lives in a heated garage in the winter so the Black Itch is spoiled! Of course its a very special edition so........ :ROTFL: :ROTFL: Only been off road in 7 states so far.
Had never driven a KJ before I signed the papers,
read about them, drove by them, but had never even sat in the seat of one.
Bought it online from a dealer 200 miles from where I lived at the time.
Met them half way to take delivery/sign papers.
Had 3 XJs, YJ and CJs before so knew I wanted another Jeep was all.

Bought new. Driven sanely on the pavement. Moderate wheeling in 3 states in all different terrain. I try not to abuse it as it is also a daily driver. Even so, I have managed to bend a rock rail and get some trail rash. I do all my own maintenance. I refer to it as "the pig". Probably gonna keep it for a while yet.

I am the second owner of "Jeepy." I got her with 23K on the clock after the PO's 3 year lease expired. Super low mileage for an '08 at the time in 2011. I now have 55K on it, and have a track record of spoiling it with rock rails, skid plates, a CB radio, a roof rack, and soon a lift. I do most of my own maintenance, although I bring it to the shop for major stuff. I hope to keep Jeepy for a very long time!

I'm the original and only owner/driver.I drive mine hard and put it away wet and has been wheeled hard in SD,MN,ND,CO,UT,and KY.Has been driven all over the country also, hate flying.Like Tom it get's the best care,I most likely do more preventive maintenance on my KJ in one year then most vehicles see in a lifetime. She also survived sitting in storage for 2 years, two 1 year time periods, when I was deployed inj Iraq then again in Afghanistan.

It was a slow day at the dealership so I helped unload a transport, drove my KJ off the transport before I owned it,did the dealer prep and undercoating, then bought it 2 hours later.Had 3 miles on it,left the dealership lot modified already as my half worn 245/75R16 MT/R's came off my WJ and on the KJ(pre-lowered '02).

I found my '04 in Racine, WI. with just 37K on the clock in October 2010.
Signed onto L.O.S.T. for the first time the day after I brought it home.
Replaced the Kuhmo KR21 Solis tires that were on it with Firestone Destination AT's almost immediately.

It's my daily driver, and my obsession......
Added the "Frankenlift" , Al's A arms last year.... ARB bumper, JCR Stage 3 sliders, and finished the roof rack
and lights earlier this year.

I do all I can to maximize gas mileage while on the pavement, and rely on my 30+ years of
off road experience, and armor to keep the trail damage in check.

It's my first Jeep, but the latest in a long line of 4X4 vehicles that started with a '66 Scout when I was 16.

Currently at 59K on the odometer....... thinking I'll do a V8 swap after It turns 300K..... :D

Original owner. Bought it in Sept 2004 with < 25 miles on it. It has just reached 93,000 miles (11,272miles/yr average). I blame it on the mpg that I get. If it got 23mpg, I'd probably be well over 150k for sure.

No babying and nothing crazy on a regular basis but it has seen a lot of hardcore trails in its day.

Jeep, KJ, Libby, Liberty.

I test drove my KK with 1 mile on the odometer. I bought that one. It's name is Olivia. I take great care of it, but I do light off roading as well. It has a few dents in the muffler. I'll keep it until it makes more sense to replace it rather than repair it.
