About 5 years ago I decided I needed a hobby and I figured I might as well be able to get drunk off of it.
Anyone else out there into brewing or do you really aperciate quality beer?

My top five brews:
Black lager- got one lagering in the basement right now.
Rye pale ale
Belgian IPA
Dry hopped pale ale (not an ipa, amazing on a hot summer day)
Chocolate porter

I've also rigged up my CO2 system to be portable. I can take two kegs out with me. I think that is why I'm planning on an expedition setup for my kj! Gotta be prepared to spend some time in the woods.
My biggest regret was waiting to get into brewing. I should have done it sooner.

I brewed beer for a couple years. It was fun. Ended up giving all my stuff to some friends due to having to move into a small apartment. Now that I am back to a place with room I plan on picking it back up soon. Always had two beers on tap.
